Worthy sequel to the original. I actually enjoyed the Rob Zombie films. My only complaint, this film does not acknowledge Halloween 2. Nevertheless, EXCELLENT movie! Here's to many more!

Very good sequel in an uneven list of sequels . Up to this point , the best sequel was #4 . This is the 3rd time they rebooted the series and the 2nd they rebooted with Curtis . H20 was pretty good but this one got it right . The steelbook once again is great.

Man I can’t watch this stuff anymore! But it’s for my youngest Son. He loves this kinda stuff. Maybe cuz his Dad is a Halloween Baby and has been watching this since he was little!!!

The movie throws away any of the sequels and makes up for the Rob Zombie abominations by taking the series back to its roots of horror and it gets more graphic than Carpenter's original

Michael, Laurie and Carpenter back it. This was a blind purchase if you can even call it that, heard great things and with what I knew and heard about it. It's not a gamble

This is my favorite Halloween movie since 5. However it’s actually a direct sequel to Halloween 1978. It gets rid of the sister brother storyline. I don’t wanna spoil anything, but if your a Halloween fan then you need this film in your collection.

I was SO excited to see this movie when it first came out. Jaime Lee Curtis and Michael Myers is Halloween, I was so glad both the original characters returned for a great showdown.

First off the film itself, although not flawless, is better than I could have expected. Steelbook looks great as they used the Comic Con artwork. Highly recommended if you can find it.

Pros-lots of suspense and foreboding, the nostalgia factor, great performance from Jamie Lee Curtis, and soundtrack. Cons-i felt it was a tad short, and most kills were off screen so it didn't feel s ary, but was more suspenseful. But overall a great movie.

I loved the original from 1978 and this takes place 40 yrs. later. Halloween 2018 and the 1978 Halloween were the best Halloween movies! If you liked the 1st one, you'll love this one!

I'm a huge Halloween fan. Michael is pro ably my favorite movie serial killer. And they brought it back full circle with Jamie Lee curtis! I enjoyed it! Halloween had fallen off a little but the last couple movies have rejuvenated the franchise. Great job

Good movie, highly recommended especially if you are a horror movie buff like myself . Very cool looking steelbook and I'm just loving these best buy only editions. Great buy.

I'm not a fan of taking away all of the history of the previous Halloween films (except the original), but this sequel/reboot was a fairly good attempt to get the franchise going again. Love hearing that theme song as Michael is roaming the neighborhood...

While the movie isn't my favorite this is the definitive way to watch the film and with an amazing SteelBook you can't go wrong especially if you are a die hard Halloween fan

By Far The Best Halloween Movie Since The First One. Great Story And Acting, And After Watching The Making Of Halloween Special Features It Was Obvious They Had Fun Making The Movie.

pretty cool start to yet another reboot of the Halloween franchise. enjoyed seeing Jamie Lee Curtis back in another Halloween film. am looking forward to the next installment.

really enjoyed this movie. it is now my 2nd favorite afte the original. really glad to see a solid Halloween film in the franchise after 3-whatever were underwhelming installments.

Loved this movie! It plays right off of the first, original Halloween movie, and it was great! Definitely not as scary as it could have been, but it was more about the story-line.

This collectors edition is an absolute must have for any horror and Halloween fan. The Steel book has a great feel and fantastic exclusive art. It's a fantastic movie, pick this up!

This was by far one of my favorite movies of 2018. The story picked up 40 years later from that night in the original. Great cast and Michael and Laurie Strode shine in this movie!
