Fine, but expectations got the better of me. The podcasters should’ve exited the film earlier and we should’ve had a couple of more scenes with Laurie and her family.

Absolutely love this movie. I’m a huge fan of the originals. I’m definitely excited for the next two to come out. This one does a great job of trying to capture the same type of suspense as the first one. Unlike modern horror that tends to focus on jump scares, this movie does its best to focus on suspense. Highly recommend.

I was never a huge fan of the original Halloween. I was able to pick this one up cheap and it was a good flick. Kept me interested, but nothing special.

They needed to have less gore the best thing about the first one was the antispation of what was coming not the gore and did not like how they made the doctor crazy.

Amazing Halloween movie - this is the first of the final trilogy that I consider a must own. Jamie Lee Curtis reprises her roll, Mike Meyers is the killer that can terrify with ease. The audio is awesome, not to mention the modern take on the classic Halloween theme.

I was hesitant that this movie would be good seeing as it was going to ignore every other movie in the Halloween franchise besides the first movie. I was very impressed on how well made and we'll written it was. Now it is my 2nd favorite in franchise. This movie is amazing in 4k and well worth what I paid for it.

Halloween is a great movie! My daughter and I watch scary movies together. Michael Meyers is a renowned character and has never failed to scare us. The quality of the DVD is great as well. There were no flaws on the disc itself. Also the cover has an outer case, which is a nice design with a metallic glow.

I liked the film but I refer the original Halloween 2 myself. Pic and audio look and sound great. Only real complaint it's light on the special features.

I like this movie and it was a great way to wrap this franchise up with a bow, but as usual Hollywood has to ruin it by making a sequel that may come out sometime in 2020/2021. the confrontation between Michael and Laurie Stroud is epic and Jamie Lee Curtis is no longer the helpless scream queen from the earlier pictures. I still say that the showdown in Halloween 20 was awesome but this one was a good runner up

Being a die hard Halloween fan, I was a bit disappointed with this final. I guess I’ve been spoiled by Rob Zombie and this version just can’t compare.

It is Halloween and 40 years had past since the 1978 horror classic; as if Halloween II with Jamie Lee Curtis and the other Halloween sequels had never happened. But Jamie Lee makes her comeback after so many years and that’s when the suspense begins. Not to be missed if you’re a fan of the first and you’ll see how there is the tie in with continuing story.

A bit disappointing. I love Jamie Lee Curtis, but they pretty much threw out any past history with her character. Still, not bad for a horror movie.

Ima Halloween fan so this was a must for myself, nice design for the Steelbook although they could have obviously got more creative, but it’ll do.

If theres something I like it's to keep my movies in good conditions even the covers. Unfortunately the cover of my movie was all dented

It was fine. Nothing spectacular. An ok sequel. Some nostalgic feelings of the original. Jaimie Lee Curtis did a great job reprising Laurie.

And audio quality, but movie is flawed. As a huge fan of the franchise I can say this did not hit the mark. In the bottom tier of the sequels.

I thought this was a good ending for the original movie. If you like the original with Jamie Lee Curtis then you should like this movie.

I saw this in the theater when it came out and wanted to see it again before the sequel, Halloween Kills, came out. It was a nice price and it comes with the Blu-ray, DVD and Digital versions. The movie itself is a fun addition to the Halloween franchise.

Great horror movie. Had to do a little back ground work after watching it the first time to see why it didn't really follow the others. Once I did that it was really cool really enjoyed it. One of those movies you don't have to watch at just halloween but anytime you want to get a little creeped out.

Halloween 2018 was a hit or a miss for most people but for me I thoroughly enjoyed the movie the story was amazing and had me engaged the whole time this was the perfect movie for a perfect collection and series I would highly recommend this movie to anyone who is a fan of the Halloween saga
