Let me start by saying John carpenters will always be one of the greatest classics of all time! That said, this movie will knock your socks off! Acting is top notch, the violence is there, this is perfect without the gore. First half of the movie focuses on young Michael Myers and everything going on around him. It focuses on why and how he because a psychopath. It’s very strong entry for the movie others might shy away or it’s too much for them, people have gone through problems like that in real life and don’t want to reminisce about it. This is well executed from begging to end. I’ll just stop right there because I can just keep on talking about it. Definitely recommend picking this bad boy up! Rob zombie did an amazing job crafting this horror film.

Good movie. Good price. What more can I say? Buy it.

Collectors edition is a great add to any collection

Rob Zombie's rendition of classic horror Halloween. With a little more grit, aggression and violence to boot! Witness the birth of a psycho! From young Michael Myers childhood growing up with a deadbeat Dad who beats his mother to being bullied at school. Does this push him to psychological breaking point? Or was there always something evil lurking inside? I dig this version if you're a fan of Zombie's style you will too! Puts his own spin on it without insulting the original.

Loved both of Rob Zombie's Halloween movies when they first came out and that hasn't changed. They're not the same as the originals but there's plenty of gratuitous violence to go around. As for the blu-ray itself, it was packaged safely enough and arrived pretty quickly. Picture quality is great going through my Xbox One X to a Vizio 4K tv.

Say what you want about the movie, but this release is about the best you will find. You get the movie along with all special features from previous releases in a well done steelbook. The art inside and out highlights the best shots in the movie and make this a must own for fans of the franchise or horror fans in general.

Rob zombie tells a good tale, gets into the psychology of a legendary horror icon but over does some of the dialogue

This steelbook is a great addition to any horror movie collection! I really enjoyed Rob Zombie’s vision/remake of Halloween and decided to pick this up. The item is a matte finish and contains awesome artwork outside and inside the steelbook as well as 2 discs including special features. If you’re a true Halloween fan, this is a must have steelbook!

This isn’t the best Halloween flick of all time but it isn’t one of the worst either.

Not a big fan of this movie. I love rob zombie movies/music and Halloween but this is one of the weaker RZ films and weaker Halloween films. Every Halloween movie I have is a steelbook or special release so I had to impulsively buy this

I love horror movies, and I love collecting steelbooks. This is one of my favorite horror movies, and it's got some pretty neat packaging to go with it. Nothing too special however. Still worth getting especially for the price.

The movie is okay. No need to explain Myers' background or childhood. That's what makes him purely simply evil. He is not a boy with a tough life and turns evil. He was born from evil. Good steelbook addition especially since the OG steelbook is out too.

halloween remake by rob zombie is really good. it dives deeper into some of the things that could of been in the original. i really cant think of how it could of been any better hats off to rob
