Shipping delay - 2 weeks still no eta

I was given a delivery eta of a week after order. Its now 3 weeks since I ordered this item and I still havent recieved the product with no updated eta or correspondence.

Not sop much

For everything else is ok, but who needs the clean-up mess. ALSO no convection oven. I know CR says it is a best buy.....for me not so much

Don't buy for the toaster

The toaster oven part works fine. Disappointing that only one of the two features works. Already threw the box away or I would send it back.

Toaster Oven just OK

However we have found that smaller pieces of bread don’t pop up enough to be removed easily. Furthermore we have found there is some unevenness in the toast itself. All in all a disappointment.

Too Big and Awkward

The only toaster oven I have ever had that does toast evenly. (Only thing to watch out for is thin bread heels curl and can fall on to element.) The only fault is the coating on the rack insert wears off rather quickly.
