    I was skeptical about getting this toaster oven/toaster. I have had it for about 5 weeks now and I have to say that it is not a bad little appliance. It saves room on my small counter and works like it is supposed to. The only two problems that I have with it is that the toaster oven cavity is quite small and it seems to be pretty flimsy. Other than that, it works fine and I would buy it again. Hopefully it will last.

    I ordered this oroduct almost 3 weeks ago. I was given a delivery eta of a week after order. Its now 3 weeks since I ordered this item and I still havent recieved the product with no updated eta or correspondence.

    The "2-Slice" Toaster doesn't toast at all. The toaster oven part works fine. Disappointing that only one of the two features works. Already threw the box away or I would send it back.

    We were initially attracted to the idea of a separate slot for toast. However we have found that smaller pieces of bread don’t pop up enough to be removed easily. Furthermore we have found there is some unevenness in the toast itself. All in all a disappointment.

    The pan inside is not cleanable. For everything else is ok, but who needs the clean-up mess. ALSO no convection oven. I know CR says it is a best buy.....for me not so much

    I got mine for 4 years ago. Toasts, bakes and broils great. The only toaster oven I have ever had that does toast evenly. (Only thing to watch out for is thin bread heels curl and can fall on to element.) The only fault is the coating on the rack insert wears off rather quickly.
