Takes about 10-15 minutes to warm up when filled with room-temperature oil, but once it’s warmed up it’s a very cooking area!

I got it home and my wife said return it. It's way to big and uses too much oil. I return the item to the Sanford location and was told that I get a partial credit because I used a reward zone certificate. I said can't I just get a store credit, She rudely says no and I'll get the certificate back. It's been 3 weeks and now I'm told I can't get the $50 in certificate back. If I knew that I would have kept the fryer. I tried to chat online and same stuff. I've spent over $10,000 at BB in the last year. Lesson learned I won't again. Guess it's amazon for me.
