    I probably should not review this item, because I never used it and gave it to my bachelor son just after Christmas. I bought it because I wanted something smaller than our 6 quart pot. At three quarts, this seems a lot less than half the size. I think you would have to reduce most recipes to use this. My son however is very happy with the size and performance.

    Worked when I plugged it in. It's nice that it's red. If it gets too hot you can turn the heat down.
