    Perfect for me. Simple to operate. Good size for soups, chili, and stews that I make. Oval shape is good for on the bone items such as braised lamb shanks.

    This is an excellent slow cooker for a very reasonable price. I purchased it for my son and he now cookes dinner in it at least 3 nights a week.

    The only issue I have with it is that the crock pot easily stains. Using 1/4 cup of baking soda in boiling water reduces the staining.

    Used it several times already. Cooked beef with high temperature for 4 hours and the beef tastes good, tender and good texture. It’s a bit big for me as the manufacturer recommends half full or three quarters full to get the best cooking result. So I mixed beef with potatoes, carrots and onions, all cut in one inch cubes roughly.
