Posted .Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your Hamilton Beach 6-Speed Electric Hand Mixer. The wattage on mixers has increased a great deal compared to mixers of the past. Unfortunately, with the increase in wattage, there is also an increase in speed. The attachments used with this appliance have been tested rigorously with the mixer to see that it maintain it's durability, when being used as directed. If you find that your ingredients are easily ejected from the mixer bowl, we would recommend that you use a taller mixing bowl. If the noted troubleshooting step does not remedy your occurrence, please feel free to contact our customer service department.

She loves it, much better than her cheap-o mixer that broke down simply because it had barely any power. Therefore any time it was used to mix, it was a lot of stress on the motor. That wimpy thing was living on borrowed time. But this Hamilton Beach mixer is amazing. Don't settle for cheap, budget-priced mixers. This brand is worth the extra few bucks. Last note: My mother has a hand mixer that she bought when I was a small child (I'm now 33 yrs old). It's the only mixer she owns, and she said it still works great up to this day. When I asked her what brand it was, she said she didn't know. So she goes to get it out of her cabinet, shows it to me, and sure enough, the side of the mixer reads "Hamilton Beach"
