    It works great with pancakes mix, but I worry it would be harder to used with any thing thicker than that.

    I was expecting this to be more streamline and capable of hanging up but what I thought was a holder is simply storage for beaters and takes up unnecessary space. Disappointed with lower speeds as they fling ingredients out of the bowl so better to use an oversized bowl than deal with cleanup!
