I've had my old "harvest gold" Sunbeam Heavy Duty Mix Master hand mixer for about 35 years! Believe it or not, it still worked fine, but was just missing the burst of power button cover. Still, I was looking for something newer and came across the Hamilton Beach. It had the burst of power that I liked and was self contained in it's own case which I really liked. I've only used it a couple of times so far trying out the different beaters and it has worked great.

That it is a very simple product and very light weight

As good as my big mixer and a lot less hassle to whip up cake mixes, mashed potatoes, and has all the attachments you really need. For a medium size to small mixing, works great and has a carrying case for the mix and attachments!

This was on the lowest price point and I was a little skeptical about it being that it was so inexpensive. My family and I constantly use mixers and our last one lasted years but we are also on a budget and did not have a lot to spend. A sales associate showed me this one and I have to say I am pretty impressed! It is a great mixer for a great price! I love how easy it is to use! Definitely a must-have!

Great mixer for a fair price works good for what I need it for

When I saw the beaters that came with it, I thought "they appear very cheap". HOWEVER. I only wanted a mixer for cake batters, and maybe cookies or whipping cream. I was amazed at... how light it was,, not heavy at all! It will sit right next to your mixing bowl and not fall over! It was a delight to be able to mix my cake mix! SUPER easy to use and I love the storage of the beaters so they do not get lost! IF you need a more sturdy beater you can always order it. (Info on the manual included). It comes with 1 whisk attachment and I have not used that, I imagine that would work for whipping cream. The only issue was that in the manual, it does not say what the marking on the bottom is for. I assume that the single picture side on the bottom by the beater holes is for the whisk attachment. It's a great blender for basic things.

I like to make cupcakes and this helps a lot. Storage base is a nice touch. Keeps everything organized. Now I'm eating cupcakes everyday.

We've only used it a few times, but so far it's been a work horse. Works well with thick/heavy mixes. Also like the storage container.

I can't be happier with this hand mixer. Lots of variable power and speed settings. The three different attachments do a very good job. AND the best part.... the attachments and power cord stow away in the storage case that clips onto the bottom of the mixer unit. Perfect organization in the kitchen!

I'm happy with this mixer. I think it's a good buy for the money. The speeds are fine for my use (nothing too complicated). The best feature is that the paddles stay in. I returned two other mixers before this one because try as I might, I couldn't get the paddles to stay in place. For simple baking pojects, this mixer is just right.

Is this within budget? Yes. Does this get the job done? Most definitely. Is this the best in market? Probably not. But I am more than happy with the performance. Easy to use, easy to clean, no fuss. Most of all, perfectly within my budget.

This was an upgrade, works fine and convenient to store, hope it holds up as long as our last one did
