Purchased item to grind coffee in the ESPRESSO manner, now the burs don't even grind. Tried to contact HB, but got nowhere, piece of junk, they got their money , I got SQUAT!!

Tracking information was generated 4/20/24 and it has been delayed 10 days with a stats of the label was created but not received by UPS. There is no option to cancel this order that has been sitting for 10 days without and update.

Outside of the return window I had to call Hamilton Beach, they didn't even bother diagnosing the problem like it was something common and just issued me an RMA.

Very disappointed in this purchase. It will either end up in the trash or in a yard sale. Produces a large grind no matter where you place the grind selector.

A bit loud (I understand why the cattle stampeded in "City Slickers") but acceptable. I like stronger coffee so I'm figuring out grind/quantity settings. Hope it performs for a long time unlike it's predecessor (another brand).
