Havent' had this toaster 3 months and it broke. I had my other toaster that I replaced this with, that still worked, was just old for over 15years, it was a regular black and decker model. I'm so upset and now can't return it! Should've just kept what I had.

I am disappointed in this toaster. Even on the highest setting, it does not toast bagels properly and is very slow. You have to toast them twice.

Family of 5 has had this toaster for YEARS! I just purchased another as one of the 'handles' to push down broke and is a little difficult to use. If it were my choice, I would not purchase another as the heating mechanism is perfectly fine. I am not throwing it out. A son will save as he is soon to move out and the handle does not bother him either but we are outnumbered. REALLY LIKE the one side bagel function. Best Buy is best price with 20% off discount plus, I used Ebates and I will receive 1% back on my purchase. I compared, HomeDepot, hhgregg, Kmart, Walmart.

One side of the toaster stopped working after a week - the latch would not hold bread down to be toasted.

Will not toast on each side evenly, one side dark and one side light. Really a terrible toaster...

Toasted on side more than the other so I returned it.

Looks great, the price is extremely competitive, works great, bought it about 7 years ago, this week the elements finally burned out....we are a family of six with extreme bread eaters/ Let me tell you, we put this baby to the test daily!! You can compare us to the U.S. Marines of toasted bread eaters, we love our bread toasted and this machine was able to take care of us for 7 years more or less and still look great at doing so. Hate to have to buy another one as this one still looks great after so many years! Wish i could just buy new elements to fix this puppy but i'm sure I would have to pay more than what it costs to buy new. The only con I could say is that it is kinda weird toasting bread in that we had to get used to pushing the toasting level "inward" first, then down in order for the bread to toast.

Overall, not a bad toaster so far. However, it could use a few improvements. First, the crumb trays do not catch all the crumbs, so sometimes we find crumbs underneath the toaster. Second, the "lift" feature could stand to "lift" the toasted bread just a little higher. Third, the slots could be a little longer - it fits standard standard white bread, but other breads (like Rye or Country White) either don't fit or are a very tight fit. Other than that - not bad. Seems to toast pretty evenly so far.

As toasters go this is probably one of the best values out there. It has all the features you could hope to have in just making toast for your morning routine. In comparing MANY toasters they all seem to have one thing in common and that is a little bit of uneven browning, but with a little practice you will find the right settings for all your bagels,toast,and English muffins ,the only complaint I have is what others have said and that the toast,esp. english muffins could pop up a little higher. Small inconvenience for an other excellent toaster.

Identical look and design as my 7 yr old 2 slicer, but with wider slots and new lift feature and about same price as the current 2 slicers.

Was looking for a decent priced 4 slice stainless toaster as a gift. Came across this one which ended up being a great deal being much cheaper than similar models at other retailers with coupon discount applied. Works great!

It's a good toaster overall. Has simple and enough features to toast bread or waffles. Looks great and easy to maintain. 4 slots is better than 2 for my use. Been using it for a year now and still works great.

Reviews indicated this to be one of the better toasters on the market. However, after receiving the first one, 2 of the 8 heating fields did not heat adequately. One side would burn the slice & the other side would barely be toasted. Could not adjust the control to attain even toasting in 2 of the slots. You could see the heat bands in 2 fields glowing very weakly. Took the toaster back to Best Buy & they ordered another one. Have received the 2nd one and it works perfectly. Is stylish & looks great on the counter top.

Ny sister wanted this for Christmas. It looks cool. I don't know how long it will last or if its good but the brand I recognize.

Hey, let's face it, it's a toaster, it's not going to change your life. I liked it because it was a four slice toaster for under $50 and stainless steel. The controls are a little difficult to navigate so it takes some work. After some trial and error, I got it dialed in.

Unfortunately, this is going back. Just received the toaster and many of the elements aren't working. There's also something wrong with the right side. Even on the lowest setting the toast burns and takes longer than the left side which is set much higher. Disappointing.
