The 1st toaster delivered had 2 faulty slots. The bread would toast on one side and not on the other. Returned to store & they ordered another one plus matched the sale price from the 1st purchase. The 2nd toaster arrived. An improvement as this one only had 1 defective slot. No problem returning it. No, we didn't try for the 3rd ones the charm, we picked a different toaster. I have nothing but praise for the way Best Buy handled the problem but no good words for the toaster.

It’s a nice looking toaster. There was a burning plastic smell when we first used it and it smudges easily but besides that, it’s a good toaster. Slots fit bagels. Fun fact: the level just right of the center is perfect for eggos.

The best toaster ever. Took a while to find this particular one. Bought one moons ago and it started to not toast on one side. Glad I found the double sides one at a good price.

Purchased this toaster to replace old one. This toaster is great ..you can fit two full sized bagels at the same time and cooks evenly. Also has other great features such as defrost.

Our old toaster was on the outs. We bought this one and it works much better than our old one. The only problem is no frozen food setting but turning it up to maximum makes up for it.

It works okay for toast. I like the fact you can put bagels in and there is a setting for them, and you can reheat toast.

Great value for the price. Took a few days to get the settings just right for perfect toast. All is good now. Very pleased at this time.

I GOT THIS FOR MY DISPLACED, COLLEGE STUDENT, DAUGHTER TO USE AT HER STUDY AREA, SHE LOVES TOASTED BAGELS AND THIS ONE WORKS WONDERFULLY FOR THEM.

Love it I can have my bagel and my husband can have toast at the same time we love it he is always in a rush and want his first .

This toaster has been good overall. Bread does not always toast evenly but it’s not too bad. For the price I would recommend.

The toaster works the way it should, toasting in a reasonable amount of time and you can turn it to a lower setting effectively. The pop up and down works with ease too.

Bought this to replace a smaller one and the hubby loves it. I love you can put various sizes of bread and bagels also. No issues with it at all. Great buy

Overall a nice toaster but it burns your toast on any setting. You have to watch it very closely.

Beautiful unit very well built, great toaster. I like it very much, because it can toast 4 slices right a way, and 4 Baygles if you like Baygles.
