Great grift from mom. She'd been looking for this type for several months; since she has one herself. Looks great in my kitchen; and I like the color. So easy to use.

Nice space saving can opener that works well and matches the color of other appliances.

This is the best can opener I have ever had, I love it. I don't have to hold the can at any time. Just push down to start...it stops on its own when can it's opened. Sometimes I forget and am waiting to do something, then realize all I have to do is wait for it to stop and I just lift the can off.

Our old Oester cn opener did not like to grip the cans. This one has no problems and opens can without me having to fight with the opener

After my 12 year old can opener gave out, I ended up buying a couple of new ones that couldn't grip, much less open a can. Not so with my new Hamilton Beach can opener that works consistently every time. Also, I like that I can remove the metal piece for easy cleaning.

This can opener is an improvement on the awkward design of my previous one, although sometimes the magnet to hold the can lid gets in the way. I just open cans without using the magnet—I pivot it up—so as not for there to be unnecessary trouble. Overall, though, this is a pretty great kitchen tool; its design is even pretty stylin'—not necessarily "retro," but more in the slick and commanding esthetic of the 21st century so far: red is the new black. What cans I do have to open, I trust to this item.

Opens efficiently, super easy to clean when needed. and the knife sharpener in the back of it was a plus!

During this pandemic my hand held can opener quit working and I needed to eat, this was on sale at Best Buy so I took a chance and it has been working like a champ through this apocalypse. I had it delivered and things could not have gone smoother.

Needed to replace old unit which died. Spouse preferred this old-style cutter as opposed to some of the newer models. Also, it handles tall cans better than other electric openers.
