    I received an iron in a smashed, retaped box. Obviously returned. I didn't pay for an open box item & it was unfair to make me go through the hassle of returning it.

    This product does not even deserve a 1 star rating. Purchased the item and it did not work. When I tried to contact Hamilton Beach for warranty assistance (twice since July 24th) and have never received anything but an automated response. Now I am stuck with a useless product.

    Every function broke down after few months. The retractable function malfunctioned and l cannot get it to roll out and stay out, it keep rolling in even when l am using the iron
