I got tired of pouring unused coffee down the drain and decided to try a single cup system to save money. I have used my machine for one year and do not plan to stop. And, the flex brew feature allows me to use any brand of coffee or grind fresh coffee beans. Very handy and saves me money.

I am the only one who drinks ground coffee in our home and this is the perfect solution. Can try different flavors or k-cups as well as 'make your own' single serve with the separate basket that came with the unit. Love it, love it, love it! Great value and quality -- even compared to Kuerig.

Is it the best coffee maker? Nope. Is it the worst coffee maker? Nope. Does it make coffee. Sure does. Has two pods so it's easy to use a kcup or ground coffee. Easy to switch around and fill up the water.

Makes very hot coffee much better than my last Kurig brand

My GF moved into her new apartment so I got this for her. She loves coffee! (who doesn't). Instead of giving her a Keurig, I wanted her to enjoy coffee grounds as well, not just the K cups. It's a great house warming gift!

The first one we ordered didn’t work but Best Buy sent a replacement in a few days. They were supposed to send a return slip to send the old one back but I didn’t get it so I hope I am not charged for it. I don’t know whether to throw it out. We are pleased with the purchase.

I tried this coffee maker after my other died. I wanted to go a little more compact so I chose the single serve. It was a good size. After trying five different coffee pods(3 different brands), it was clear that this wasn’t the one. I got grounds in 3 out of 5 cups. I returned it to the store for a refund. I then ended up buying a different one with a water reservoir. A little larger but works great. Not recommended.

Good coffee maker for the price range, easy to operate, i just wished you can brew multiple cups but it’s only a single serve coffee maker.

I'm happy with this coffee machine. It's nice that it can use ground coffee as well as the plastic cups. I plan to use up my K-cups, and then use ground coffee. All the K-cup plastic is not good for the environment, and that's why I have switched from Kuerig to this coffee maker.

It is a good/cheaper alternative to the name brand single pod coffee makers. Works really well with the single pod cups. However, when you use your own coffee, it tends to be a little weak.
