Quality machine & tasty coffee!

Purchased in 2017, cleaned with white vinegar about every 6 months, and still works great now in Nov. 2020. Easy to clean and quick brewing! Way better product and price than the over-advertised models.

This is certainly not the usual lifespan that we expect of this coffee maker, when in use. It sounds like the piercing needle may need to be cleaned. To unclog the needle, please remove the needle following the cleaning instructions on page 6 of the Use and Care Guide.
