Works great, this one replaces the one I bought a year and a half ago and neglected the recommended vinegar cleaning for 3-4 months until the water quit flowing. Do not neglect the once a month cleaning especially if using every day.

Still works well after lots of uses. I don't drink a ton of coffee, so it's perfect for me. Just loud enough that I know when it's done. Perfect cup every time!

I love my red Hamilton Beach FlexBrew Single-Serve Coffee Maker! I've had it for almost 2 years and it's perfect for my daily brew. I use it to make between 1 and 5 cups daily - that's every day of the year. It's a classic brew in about 2 minutes. It looks great on the kitchen counter and it's reliable and consistent. DO recommend!

Bought this for my daughter to use. She works from home and keeps it next to her work desk, so she can easily brew a fresh cup of coffee. She likes that it uses ground coffee or coffee pods and is just enough for one person. No need for a glass carafe to have to wash out makes it very convenient.

All I wanted was a single-serve machine for K-cups and similar. The basket for grounds is kind of a pain, so I don't bother. The machine is easy to keep clean, and I keep the lids up after use to let it all dry out. I rinse the needles and whatnot here and there - too easy.

A space saver form combines with the ability to use both k cups and loose coffee makes this a winner in my opinion. It will only hold enough water to make one cup of coffee which will be a negative for some users. For others it will be a good feature. Very easy to clean.
