Do not neglect the once a month cleaning especially if using every day.

I've had it for almost 2 years and it's perfect for my daily brew. I use it to make between 1 and 5 cups daily - that's every day of the year. It's a classic brew in about 2 minutes. It looks great on the kitchen counter and it's reliable and consistent. DO recommend!

Very Convenient for One Cup of Coffee

She works from home and keeps it next to her work desk, so she can easily brew a fresh cup of coffee. She likes that it uses ground coffee or coffee pods and is just enough for one person. No need for a glass carafe to have to wash out makes it very convenient.

The basket for grounds is kind of a pain, so I don't bother. The machine is easy to keep clean, and I keep the lids up after use to let it all dry out. I rinse the needles and whatnot here and there - too easy.

It will only hold enough water to make one cup of coffee which will be a negative for some users. For others it will be a good feature. Very easy to clean.

I like the pod that comes with it for ground coffee use. It is much better than the ones you can buy. It doesn’t hold much water and pours out if you put more then 1 cup into the well. Hard to see the window on the back to see the water level.
