Very disappointing, had high expectations after reading the reviews, but it was messy and inconsistent.

Bought it because it had pretty good reviews & it fit in a small space. Not sure if it was just mine but, it produced lukewarm coffee. Tried 4 times and all were nasty. Cured my desire to buy one. I had another brand's Vue, and it made the best coffee I ever had. Could not fit it in my new living space so I thought this would work. Returned for refund.

After purchased, search online best buy still selling last year's products..

Does't make a full cup & when done continues to drip water

makes a ok coffee but nort all your coffee mugs will fit

I didn't like it I returned it for something else.

Bought this as an alternative to more expensive Keurig. It's a pain to fill with water. Only takes 8-10 oz. at a time. Also takes 5 minutes to brew one cup. I am returning and getting Keurig with water reservoir and 30 second brew time.

VERY cheaply made. Spewed steak 6 inches above the machine and was eradic on quantity of coffee made. Gave up and returned it. No friends will be made selling this inferior unit!

Positives: Coffee tastes very good, no off flavors and decent strength. Easy to add ground coffee, and easy to clean the reusable filter basket. Small footprint, and fits well under upper kitchen cabinet. Although the claimed capacity is 10 oz., it's handling my 14 oz. cup with no problem. Negatives: Somewhat difficult to pour water in the top without spilling, since the entry hole isn't large, and you must pour slowly so it can drain into the coffeemaker itself. Plastic is rather flimsy-feeling, so we'll see how it holds up. Conclusion: Since it's less than half the price of a Keurig, I figure even if it doesn't last as long I'm still ahead.

I returned it after three uses. The water temperature was not consistent nor was the strength of the drinks it made.

Bought for a gift , pick it up at store found out that does NOT with K cups or pods and best buy does not sell pods

First time using this, it made a mess everywhere. Not worth the money. Would think twice before purchasing.

Don't care for it too much I drink big cups of coffee but it doesn't fill my cup up.

Worked for 1 mo then quit producing coffee. Unknown where the water went.

This product add to much water, the coffy come out with too much water...
