Overall this is a wonderful brewer, easy to operate, plus allows for stronger brew. The speed of the single cup side is slow, but no slower than the portable Keurig single cup brewer. I love the versatility and special features, such as brew strength, programmable start time so coffee is waiting for you when you wake up, pause feature for those of us who can’t wait for our coffee mid-brew, and, of course, the option to switch between pot and cup with the press of a button. That even the single-serving size allows brew strength selection adds to the machine’s versatility. The single-serve brewing speed and the inability to use a refillable single-serve basket are the only things that, to me, keep my rating to an imperfect 4. However, a special pod system is included for the single-serve side if you have a coffee preference not available as a k-cup. Despite the built-in filter of this special single-cup basket, it is still messier to clean than the reusable pod and filter systems available to other single-serve brewers. Otherwise, this is a great machine and very economical in comparison to other big name brewers with similar options.

This pot works well. Sometimes the single cup latch opens up and the coffee doesn't brew. But just push it back down and it brews. Fits nicely under the cupboard.

I love this thing. It was purchased as a replacement for one i had for several years. I replaced the old one because of issues with the needle on the single serve function. The main brewing function worked fine. It's my understanding that it could have been an easy fix but I saw this appliance in white; giving me an excuse to replace the old one.

Excellent features. Great convenience to be able to make a single serving or regular pot of coffee. Great research and development to have separate tanks for each side.

Looks very nice on the counter. It is easy to use and switch between carafe and single. It doesn’t take up a lot of space.

I love this item especially because it is white and matches most of my items on the counter being white. It looks clean. Works great for 1 cup of coffee with the pods. A really great buy and easy to use.

Love this coffee pot except for the fact that it only stays warm for 2 hours. No option to keep it on, it automatically shuts off.

This is my second Hamilton Beach-FlexBrew 2-coffee maker, I had the last one 10 years, still works but I wanted the white one so gave old one to son, he loves it and I love my new one, works great, love the option of making a full pot or one cup at a time!

Love this coffee maker! The versatility of being able to use a kcup or make a whole pot is exactly what I was looking for.

its nice to have both ways to do coffe the only thing i dont like is that i cant keep my coffe to much time

Brand new and had 2 consecutive singe brew k cups with grounds in the coffee cup. Tried to call the toll free number and recording stated not taking calls. Sent an email and reply was we will respond in 7 to 10 business days. Unacceptable

A year later and we still love this machine. So much that we take it with us on vacation because we are spoiled by having the option to make a full pot or a single cup at a time. Bought it to replace an older version of the same thing and this is a big improvement.

Several family members have this coffee maker in black. So when a coffee maker was need in white to compliment other appliances, the FlexBrew was ordered.
