Hello everyone, this is a solid built device. No sharp edges and opens from the side which has eliminated all those little pieces of metal landing in your food. This is important to me as I don't want to eat metal with my food. I recommend this to anyone.

Gave this as a present to my wife. She loved it. It's easy use and very simple. We were tired of those manual can openers breaking down. The blade is sharp . All you do is put the can and hook it up.
