This is the second Hamilton Beach can opener that I've purchased. I bought one for myself and was pleased with the way it can open all styles of can lids, creating a non-sharp lid. Bought this one for a friend.

This is a great product. No sharp edges and you can reuse the lid if you don't use the whole contents.

Our old can opener stopped working well, and we got this model to replace it. It does take some getting used to, as the top is removed from the sides, but it makes for a very clean cut.
