Impossible to clean throroughly

While cleaning it, I noticed that food particles were stuck behind the food chute. I followed the instructions for cleaning this area. This did not work adequately. Some food particles could not be removed. This seems to be a bad design that could trap food and develop mold and bacteria growth. I cannot recommend this item unless it could be redesigned to be more easily cleaned.
