I am not a "strong" cup of coffee drinker, but I found I needed to use the "bold" brewing option, to achieve the medium brew that I prefer. It does not take up a lot of space on the counter, and that is a "plus" feature.

If you prefer a more robust cup of coffee, we recommend that you first try brewing using the BOLD setting. If the coffee is still too weak for your preference, adjust the water/coffee ratio by using slightly less water and/or more grounds. Be careful to not exceed the MAX line for grounds. Quick, Easy, and Flavorful Coffee Maker

I'm not an avid coffee drinker, but I like to dabble every now and again. This was an ease to set up and quick at brewing a cup of coffee. It was definitely a great investment!

Saving money and grind is fresher. This works very well for me. Stainless steel has a "clean" feel.

Unfortunately, the purchase was through a third-party seller and was not accepted for returns at Best Buy stores. I wasn't aware Best Buy sold through third-party sellers. I got busy with personal things and missed the return deadlines. The reason I bought it was because it would be easy to return if I didn't like it. However, this caused frustration, and I ended up keeping the product even though it wasn't as good as I expected.
