There isn't enough adjustment to wear gloves and I dont have big hands. I wanted this for hunting and snowmobiling. It collects dust now because I can't use it for what I wanted.

It was actually a little too small to fit over my glove. I ended up returning it. I think this would be more useful for sports that did not require you to wear gloves.
