I bought this case for my new MacBook Air because I felt like it needed protection from normal wear and tear. I bought this one and It is a great case overall. The only major downside to this one is that the case for the lid of the computer makes it very heavy. This cases my Mac to close up when I want the screen to just be tilted down a little bit. I have also had it to where if the screen was open and I picked up the MacBook it would fling the screen back. This is my only complaint about this case. I like that it has vents on the bottom to let the metal air out, which is something the speck cases lack in my opinion.

Excellent case, its giving good protection against scratches. This case fits on my Macbook perfectly. Bought this while it was on sale for a very reasonable price. The case allows the computer to hold up firmly on the desks or tables. The best part if the Apple logo is still visible. Would have been nice to see options to buy this in more vibrant colors.

I purchased this item about two months ago for my MacBook Air 13" laptop. It was very affordable and gives me the protection I need. However, if you are solely purchasing this item for aesthetics, I do not recommend because the gray will peel the more you use. Overall a decent product.

This clear shell case for my wife's new MacBook Air was a great choice. It is extremely light, but it offers good protection for the new laptop. It was easy to attach. And since it is clear, it doesn't hide the beauty of the laptop, itself.

This case was 1/4 the price of a Speck and the quality is WAY better. I bought a Speck case when I purchased my MacBook Air and it cracked within the first two days in a padded laptop bag. I returned it and exchanged for a replacement case, same Speck. Within the first month, the new one cracked and I just gave up. I kept it for a year and about once a month a new crack would appear. By the time I got rid of it, all of the pieces that held it on were broken off and there were at least 10 different cracks. This insignia case is durable and has a softer finish that stays clean-looking. I've had it for a few months now and there are no cracks or chips. Definitely recommend getting this case over the more expensive options if you're just looking for something to protect your MacBook from scratches.

this is one of the best purchases i have made for an apple product . it does exactly what it should do , protect the device from unintentional damage . easy to snap on and it looks good and fits good . the cover does not take away from the usability or get in the way of any accessories .

Not many options when it comes to MACbook Air cases. This one is light, slim and see through (all pluses). Seems to provide good protection. If nothing else it keeps the laptop from getting dings scratches and dusty. For the price, it's a decent purchase.

The smoky color of this shell is handsome and clean. Its slim design fit my MacBook perfectly snug and the material is super lightweight. The only negative that I can see so far is that it shows every smudgy fingerprint. If there is any oil on your finger at all, it will very easily show.

I originally bought a Speck case for my new MacBook Air and it did not fit. I took it back and purchased this case. I love it! It fits perfectly and the color is a nice subtle gray. I couldn't be happier. The price was less than the Speck as well.

Purchased this case with my computer on Black Friday. Caught a fantastic sale and scored this case for $3! It's protective and easy to put on. One con, it shows fingerprints easily but for $3 you can't beat it!

This cover fits the MacBook Air very well. Gives the notebook a more secure feel and less slippery to the touch. Also the small feet on the underside make it stay put better.

I picked this case up for my recently acquired Macbook Air. The price was right and it was easy to place onto my computer. Plus the color selection was great as well.

The case is great. It is light weight and goes one easy. Only issue is oils from your hands seem to show on the color we have. To us its not an issue but to others it may be.

Excellent protection for MacBook Air 13 inch $24.99 on sale. Snaps on and stays in place. Provides a secure grip when carrying. Way better than the speck case.
