Stops working after 1 year
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I day after warranty it dies. Tried several times to reach their service people with Zero response. I finally tried again today and was told it was probably their charger or battery. The problem, the battery can only be accessed and changed by a service center or get a new charger... they have to decide and the cost is more than the speaker! DON'T buy Onyx speakers unless you want to be abused!

Great Sound, but died after 2 years of use

I emailed Harman/Kardon and they still don't want to help, even though I paid $250+ (I see it's cheaper now) for their product. Don't waste your money - work with a company that backs their product.

Not Same Harman as before

This company has gone way downhill. Their products are subpar, you may as well go with a Best Buy Insignia brand and you probably would do just as well. I do not recommend
