It was great while it lasted

I now have a constant crinkle sound whenever I try to use it. I don't listen to it loudly, but I do use it sometimes as a brown noise machine and I wonder if the bass of brown noise was too much for it.

Posted .We're here to help with your Harman Kardon Onyx Studio 6. Please try to connect the speaker to another Bluetooth device and compare its audio quality. Make sure that the speaker is near the device when playing music. Try resetting the unit back to its factory default settings by pressing and holding the "Volume+" and "Bluetooth" buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds, until the Onyx Studio 6 powers off. Please forget or unpair the speaker on the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone before re-pairing. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support for assistance.
Connection Issues

I had the hardest time trying to connect it to my iPhone 12. Not sure if the technology was different but after several attempts by me and my techie son, I returned it. I really loved the design and would have kept it if it worked.
