I paid $157 with tax when its $88 with tax from eBay for the white or blue. This results in an awful value depending on where you purchase it from. . Although if you didn’t get it for 88 it’s a fair price. The cheapest I have seen was 100, so about 110 with taxes. The speaker distorts at higher volumes. It does not have a mid range driver either. Overall a disappointment for the price compared to competition, especially you can find on Amazon from random brands.

Perhaps I have a defective speaker because I have had (2) Studio 4’s and an Onyx Studio 6 without issue. I am obviously a fan of the Harman Kardon brand having purchased their products in the past including JBL speakers. I’m within the manufacturer warranty period of 1 year from date of purchase so hopefully I can get another speaker from Harman Kardon since Best Buy only has a fifteen day return window.
