I thought it was a good idea that the last film to be split into two parts.

This was an awesome movie, but I am very disappointed in Warner bros. and Best Buy for selling Combo packs with expired Digital Copies. I purchased part 1 and part 2. When I opened the disc to get the code to download part 1, it was expired!!! I tried anyway through the WB website I was directed to go to, and they do not honor expired codes. After emailing them, they said they will not extend the expiration. I went back to Best Buy because I only bought part 1 for the digital copy and since it could not be redeemed, I wanted to return it. They told me since I opened it, they could not return it, only give me another copy(which the code was expired on those also). I understand this is the usual policy, but they sold me something that couldn't be used. I think this is a little different than wanting to return it because I didn't like it. I'm very disappointed that Best Buy sold me something that can't be used!!!

This was a disapointment. The photograpy seemed poorly done, and special effects were sparse and not very exciting. The 3D effect was not up to par. I bought the 2nd part, and what a difference! The special effects were fantastic, and the 3D was super. Both were played on my LG 3D TV.

If only the review about it being a single Blu-ray had been posted a day before I wouldn't have had this problem, but yes, it's only the single disc. I tried to tell the store associate that the item pictured online is the combo pack so he went and retrieved the full combo pack with Blu-ray 3D then attempted to charge me $30 for it to replace the one I didn't want. I had received a promo code for a product being back-ordered that I wanted, and he wouldn't return it and put it on a gift card. So I could leave with the movie, or leave with nothing... obviously I still took it. Overall, a terrible experience in store and online.

I ordered this item for instore pickup based on the picture and my order stating that this item is a combo pack with Blu Ray and DVD, however when I went to my local Best Buy I found out that this item is only a single Blu Ray. I was told, that eventhough my order and the picture online is of a combo pack, that the SKU is for a single blu-ray. I then called customer service and was told that there was an error online, but the combo picture is still posted. I just want to warn other customers and let them know what they are really purchasing.

Loved the movie. Primarily bought the 3D Combo for the digital copy. I didn't realize I would not be receiving the customary iTunes digital copy. It doesn't bother me that the digital copy was not iTunes, but it does bother me that the process for using Ultraviolet and Flixster is cumbersome and not guaranteed to succeed. It took me several days to get this to work after looking for the problem online. I had to sign-up at two website and use the approved browser (Internet Explorer). The Help and FAQs at both site are inadequate and the customer service response is automated. I definitely will not be purchasing another UV digital download until all bugs are worked out.

Love the movie, but the 3D was disappointing. I can see why they didn't release it in the theater. There is no reason to buy this 3D Blu-ray for a 3D experience. The 3D effect is practically non-existent. They basically try giving the film a 3D effect by making the background fuzzy and the characters in focus. The regular Blu-ray disc is a much better picture.

Not taking anything away from the movie in this review but the digital copy download process isn't the best. I would have to agree with the prior posting. Having a digital copy was one of the reasons for purchasing this product so I could enjoy the movie while on the road. Suggestion to WB: If the digital copy process wasn't broken before, why change it? Bring back the original way and give the consumer the option to choose.

I should have read the reviews before I bought this. I thought I was buying a DVD/ bluray/ digital copy combo but when it came it was just the blu ray. Now reading the reviews I see I wasn't the only person that had this problem. Called customer service and they said they would open a case for me. My advice would be to read the reviews before purchasing anything.

Bought it and returned it after realizing the whole ultraviolet scam. When I watch digital copies it is mostly while camping where there is no internet access.
