The transfer and sound are great. Movie could have used a better director

We love Harry Potter and are collecting the whole series to watch again and again.

I really don't like Harry Potter but my fiancé loves the movies. I watch them with him when he puts them in when I come home for lunch. Otherwise he watches them without me.

The last two films in the series went from bad to worse. The Films started strong and finished with a limp. Go read the books, they are far more engaging.

Harry potter movies are terrible. I hate these movies

This is one of the best movies I've seen. The story is so well developed and captured by the film, the cinematography is stimulating, and the acting is the best its been by the main three young actors than all the past HP movies. The 3D version is so amazing! It only lacks the scale of IMAX but on a large TV you feel like you are back in the theater. The only downside is the digital copy with Ultraviolet. I'm sure its a good service, but no one can beat iTunes. More practically, what if there is no Internet for streaming the digital movie from UV via the web on my iTouch? I guess I can't watch my movie. What happens when UV goes bankrupt and we have no UV platform to play our UV digital movie anymore? Guess we are SOL. Otherwise, this is a fabulous film and its unfortunate the digital copy issue has resulted in folks giving the movie an overall low rating...not deserved at all. Spend the money, get the best movie ever, especially if you have 3D capability. So worth it!

I saw this film opening night and was amazed. After the first 10 minutes of the film I turned to my brother and said "Dude, I am loving it!". If you love the Potter films, you will love this one! And I know that some of you people don't exactly trust movie reviewers, but trust me, this was awesome!

So Harry Potter has finally come to an end...I'm devastated. There's always pottermore..Anyways...this movie was/will always be epic if you love harry potter like I do. Harry will always be in my heart. I mean, he was part of my childhood,,,but I do love this movie,,.It was great...has great soundtrack...acting was brilliantly done with the usual amazing cast & i can't wait to own this movie this friday. I have every movie on dvd and for sure I will buy the ultimate collection set when it comes out next year.

What an amazing piece of work! This is without a doubt the best Harry Potter out of all of them! It was honestly phenomenal! After 7 movies this 8th one is finally the last one and they made it so interesting and action filled! It had it all in there and acting was great! Love the very end too! It was cool! Hard to believe it has finally come to an end! A definite must get for everyone!

Dark times are easily seen in the Part 1 of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, so its no surprise it gets even darker in Deathly Hallows Part 2. Harry Potter has become a symbol of heroic tales for a young boy who went from under the cupboard to saving the wizard world and showing that love can truly conquer over evil. Every second of this Blu Ray copy is packed with epic scenes from dragons to death eaters to tearful goodbyes. You will not be sorry for this purchase because Harry Potter will live on in our fictional hearts forever.

I would have to agree with the prior posting. Having a digital copy was one of the reasons for purchasing this product so I could enjoy the movie while on the road. Suggestion to WB: If the digital copy process wasn't broken before, why change it? Bring back the original way and give the consumer the option to choose.

When I bought this: 11/25/2011-1:45 am eastern How much I paid: 6.99 on sale from the original 28.98 ONLINE If you are on here reading this, you probably are doing so not to find out about the actual movie (which was awesome), but are looking to find out more about the actual purchase or product state. The item went on sale Black Friday at 1:45am Friday (eastern) which I lucked out getting because I was on my way to sleep. I did not like the "coming soon" button BestBuy put out on the product, because it isn't fair to the first come first serve group. I was watching the product for about 12 hours (not continuously, just checking back over that time period randomly). Moving on. This disc is the basic extras and the DVD, does not contain "The Interview".........is it important? not to me. I just want to watch the movie over and over again.

The movie pack is great. I now own the Complete Harry Potter Film series, along with the book, but the digital copy is a travesty. I would actually return and demand that they give me a REAL digital copy. How is someone suppose to watch a movie on the road when their is no internet connection. If you looking for the digital copy, just buy it from iTunes.

Even though I was not happy with the fact that I would be forced to use Flixster to download and watch my digital copy through streaming only, the fact remains that the rest of the product was amazing! Best Buy, or any other retailer who also had the same problem with digital copies, are not at fault here. They had no control of how the digital copy would be obtained. That is a Warner Bros. issue. On that note, I emailed WB with my concerns, and they emailed me back in less than an hour with an iTunes code to download the iTunes version, but still asked me to try the Flixster version. In this way, if I am not satisfied, I walked away with a digital copy either way. So, please think before you post negativity towards Best Buy itself. Instead, just bash the distributors on this one.

Well , part one put me to sleep . PART TWO on the other hand was fantastic. This had everything I hoped for in part one. Tons of action, amazing special effects, cinematography that keeps one glued to the TV. Nothing like having that how do they do that and make it look so perfectly real feeling ! My 10 year old son loved it , and stated it was his favorite H.P of all. A great movie , father and son time, what more could you ask for?

The movie is great and a wonderful ending to the series. This one is just a little too dark for my taste (not the mood, but the cinematography). Some of the action is not even bright enough to pull out of the background. But it is still great. My main complaint is the advertisement of a digital copy. When I opened the pack I found that there was not a digital copy disk, but instructions to go to Flixter to download my digital copy. Then I find that it resides on Flixter and not in my PC on ITunes where my other movies are. I haven't had time to investigate whether I can move it to my PC, but I suspect not. This may not bother some people, but I would certainly tell them before advising them to purchase a "digital copy" packet.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Pt. 2 is a great movie, though I don't recommend it for small children because of somewhat graphic violence. Most of the gritty parts of any death scenes are off camera, though, so it's mainly the themes that may be inappropriate. For appropriate audiences, however, this is a great ending to a series 7 movies in the running to this point. Plot twists keep coming with loads of action, character development, highs and lows, with a cinematic score to pull you into the mindsets of the characters and the settings. All around a good movie, though this specific product was light on the special features, only having deleted scenes to choose from. Other than that, I'd highly recommend a viewing :)
