    3D Rendering Glitch

Not sure if all have had this issue or not, but in scene 12 (maybe wrong in the number, but when the enchantments have fallen to buy Harry time and the Voldermort army is rushing down the hill) the 3D glitches as if the disc was scratched. Hardly the case, the Blu-Ray player is brand spank new as is the TV only a few months old. It is reproduceable every time, so this says me, it is the disc. Running on an LG Cinema 55" & Panasonic 110 3D player. The glitch or freeze caused the whole system to time out and restart at the menu screen. Didn't try to move to a scene past, just swapped out the disc for the 2D version to finish the movie. Thinking back about the movie not lot of 3D effects. I can think of a few, but with spell casting I expected more. If memory serves correctly, I don't think this film was shot for 3D, but added it in later for the flare of 3D. My 2 cents and experience.

    Digital Copy is WORTHLESS!!

    Posted .

Unlike the earlier movies, the Ultraviolet digital copy is useless! It does not actually allow you to download a copy of the movie and is only an option to stream the movie on Flixster, which doesn't work with mobile devices like the iPhone. I love Flixster for looking up theaters and show times, but I do NOT want to have to stream my digital copy from them. Now I guess I'll have to figure out how to get a digital copy from the DVD, which is exactly what the packaged digital copies were supposed to prevent. :(

Don't waste your money if you want the dgtl copy

The Flixster/Ultraviolet digital copy doesn't work. It is impossible to get it ot work. Support tells you to click on the same link from your e-mail to confirm your address that you told them doesn't work. You spend 10s of hours communicating with them to noavail. They don't plan to make it work as near as I can tell. This is the second time this has happened with this service (lack of service!) Don't waste your money if what you're after is the digital copy. Spend less and get the standard BR or DVD.

Got this DVD, Blu-Ray combo because it came with the Digital Copy, but you can only use it with Flixter. Can't download with itunes. Useless to pay the extra money for that reason.

Don't waste money on the digital copy!

The Blu-Ray with "digital copy" is a waste of money. There is no real digital copy -- you can only stream it after you sign up for both Flixster and Ultraviolet, or download into their restrictive application. You can't put the movie in iTunes or transfer it to your iPad or iPhone, which defeats the whole purpose of a digital copy. I'm so mad! Warner Brothers should be ashamed of themselves.

Dissapointed with UltraViolet.... I want my copy!

I am so dissapointed with UltraViolet! I want to add my digital copy to ITUNES so I can have it on my IPad2 not so I have to use my data on my devices to download the copy I own. It clearly lists IPad as one of the devices ready to stream but as soon as I tried it was a no go. I have no complaints regarding the movie it self... My gripe is with the false advertisement and not having the option on where I download my purchased copy of the movie.... WB give us our copy.

The picture is great but the 3d effects aren't that great. The only things that come out of the screen is a dragon and voldamorts ashes.

    No Digital Copy

Great movie, but if you thought you were getting a digital copy, think again. You instead get to deal with and ultraviolet account, then a flixster account and then if you want to put it on you iPhone or iPad or android, thats a whole new challenge, that with will end up with you cursing Warner Bros. I am definitely done buying warner bros movies until they decide they want to play ball with everybody else.

While better than Part I, the epic conclusion to the series ended with a disappointing final face-off.

They changed the Digital Copy function

    Posted .

WB released every HP movie with a digital copy that works with iTunes or Windows Media, and for the last movie the digital copy must be streamed from a service. So if your on a plane or on the road and want to load this baby on your device, forget it. Warner Bros. FAILED big-time. Just buy the regular Blu-ray.
