Will have to make a special trip into store to return as 2 of the discs won't play,

The plastic case was broken. Movies are great watch for all ages.

Upon opening my purchase I found the case to be broken and in poor condition.

So got it today and did a marathon a lot of the movies lag scenes most of the movies do not have an intro it goes straight to the move but like 2 of Them do have a intro screen very disappointed

It’s a good deal but the audio is not properly synced. I haven’t had audio sync issues with other Blu-ray Discs so I know it’s not my equipment.

4th movie in and the Blu-ray is skipping and unplayable. Shouldn’t be the case for a brand new set.

I got this as a Christmas present. Popped it into the BluRay player and it wouldn't work. Tried disc 2. Same thing.

There are a lot of scenes missing on the cdsparts of movies missing

Blue ray number 6 scratched. Doesn’t play at all...

This set contains ALL Harry Potter Movies on blu-ray (Years 1-7) Great buy for the complete series (All HP movies for $79.99). Normally it would be $10 & up for the first 6 movies and $20 and up for the last 2.It is a great buy for $79.99 *Great picture quality and sound quality for all the movies (The 1st one was a little mehh,) *Loads of features on all discs (deleted scenes,making of, etc) Only negative thing about this set was the auto play straight into the movie. Would have liked a main menu to decide to check features and what not. Other than that, I am happy about the set. It is Harry Potter so it is self explanatory. Good plot,characters, and overall feel. A MUST have in any collection.

From year 1 to year 7, all 8 discs of the Harry Potter franchise leave the audience captivated and enthralled into the wizarding world. The cast, the plotlines, the cinematography all culminate into this masterpiece that will forever live on in the hearts of everyone. We're goin' back to Hogwarts.

This is a great set for HP fans. Not a ton of extras, but you still get all the films on blu ray for a reasonable price. The picture quality varies, but is very good overall.

Great movies(of course)! Love the bonus content. The only hassle is taking one out and putting another in 8 times but hey who cares! Great price as well(for a limited time). I recommend this product for anyone anywhere! If only there was a ninth one. :(

If you are a fan of the Harry Potter series you need this collection! This package includes all eight films for great price. Nowhere else can you find the complete Hogwarts collection! The only downsides to this package are that some of the discs are clearly left overs from the standalone bluray movies from their original release. And since they are the 'movie' discs, the special features are in large left out. With all that you still have a great collection of timeless movies that are essential for anyone's bluray collection!

All eight discs in one pack. If you don't really ever watch all the extras that seem to come on most dvds these days then this is the pack for you. You are poying to get the movies, and nothing more. I never watch that stuff anyway, and with this package I didn't have to pay for it. Great buy!!

You know the movies -- has anyone in the known universe really not seen them? -- so this review is about the quality of the Blu-Ray "Complete Collection Years 1-7 (8pc)", not a critique of the movie itself (if you are looking for a critique, stop reading now and move on to the next review :-) ). The short review of this Blu-Ray collection is it doesn't work. 4 of the 8 disks simply would not load into my higher end Blu-Ray player (a Sony BDP-BX2). The other 4 loaded fine, and I have no problems with any other Blu-Ray or DVD disks loading in the machine. Yes, I'm sure I could bring the Blu-Ray collection back to Best Buy and beg for an exchange, but I simply shouldn't have to. And since I've had them for about 2 months (didn't try to play them until recently) and have no receipt, my guess is Best Buy won't exchange them anyway. In fairness to them, they wouldn't have any idea if I really bought them from Best Buy or not. So I'm pretty much stuck... As for the other 4 disks -- the ones that work -- the Blu-Rays didn't show any perceptible difference in picture quality over the DVDs that we already had. Not disappointing, just not that much better. Sorry, but I'm just not that impressed with this collection, and wouldn't really recommend it to anyone.

Very nice to have all movies in one case. This is ALL 7 books worth of movies. 8 disks because the last movie was split into two parts. Rated a four because I do wish I could have had access to digital copies for all movies as well at this price for my iPad.

When I bought this I had only seen the first four movies, which I own on DVDs. I loved them and decided to take the plunge and get them all on Blu Ray. No regrets whatsoever. The clarity of the images is astounding, and I'm working my way back through all of the movies now. If you are a fan of the Harry Potter movies it is great to have them all in one rather compact package. The movies are great...some admittedly slightly better than others, but still consistently very well done. I gave the Extras a "3" simply because I haven't watched any of them yet. I highly recommend this set.

This is a must have for any collector. Having one boxed set of the entire series is wonderful! The quality of the Blu-ray isn’t the best I’ve seen, but it’s good none the less. The graphics are great, and don’t get me started on the story. I’m a fan so nothing negative here! As long as you have an open mind and remember that movie incarnations of books tend to be different. This is the truest in the third movie, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.
