I bought this for my son who enjoys Harry Potter. Anyone buying this has probably already seen the movies so no need to review them. The case itself is slim (approximately two dvd cases wide). All discs securely attach to the movie case. The discs do not slide in and out of the cardboard scratch-the-crud-out-of-your-disc pockets like some box sets come with.

This is a great Harry Potter Collection of 8 films on high quality Blu Ray. We had several of these movies on various dvds and the first ones we bought are now a little worn and the quality no the same on dvd. We loved this collection in one case. Would recommend to any Harry Potter fan!

The box set looks good and the movies are great. Got the set at a great low price during a sale and now I can View these film on Blu-Ray which looks real good in HD. As for the movies im sure every one knows about them and if they like the films or not. I like movies and feel they should be viewed in HD to fully experience the story's and visuals. Worth having especially at a low price.

Great characters who developed over the eight films from children to mature adults. Loved the musical score and the special effects. The increasing dark atmosphere of the growth of Voldemort's power is reflected in the opening titles of each film. I loved the imagery of sacrificial love overpowering the evil power of darkness. As Siskel and Ebert used to say, Two thumbs up!

These are my favorite movies, streaming on Amazon or Hulu or whatever and having to watch adds just doesn’t feel right to me so I had to have them permanently. Plus all the bonus features are great too.

Incredible. I’ve always loved the movies and over time they’ve just died out on me. I finally decided to spend the money and buy a new set and I love this box set. I love all the bonus behind the scenes and interviews on the movie. I’m so happy with my purchase.

This collection of all 8 films of the incredible franchise of Harry Potter is a must have for everyone who is a die hard fan. This Blu Ray collection in HD will bring you the best experience you've ever had viewing this film. I am proud to own this collection and my daughter and I enjoy viewing this film together. This is a must have for the family.

It was time to update our Harry Potter Collection from the last 5 years. Its great to have all 8 movies in Blu-Ray and in one convenient package. Great picture quality and surround sound! The price was even better...

I traded in eight DVDs for this comprehensive set. The eight movies are contained within this edition. They did cut down on the number of special features they offered with the original DVD, but the ines they retained are interesting enough.

My husband and I like to watch the Harry Potter movies every Halloween but we only owner the dvds and we didn't even have them all. We decided to get these for ourselves as a late wedding/Christmas present and we love them. It is so nice owning them all and they really are amazing in BluRay

This bundle comes only with the 8 movies, and not the DVDs, or the Digital copies. However, the quality of the movies are markedly different than the original DVDs. I watched The Sorcerer's Stone on DVD, and then on this Blu-Ray, and not only were the picture and sound quality improved, but the screen was changed from standard to widescreen.

See the boy who lived start his adventure and see it through to the end in this complete Harry Potter series. Watch friendships, love, and adventure take place in a well known and loved franchise.

Having a wife that's almost as big a fan of Harry Potter as she is of me(I'd prefer to think so, anyway), finally having the entire movie collection on Blu-Ray was a no-brainer. The visual effects and spectacular sound brought forth by the legacy of films on Blu-Ray (and the extras included with the discs) have brought us practically countless hours of viewing pleasure.

Loved being able to get the entire set of the Harry Potter movies in one convenient case. This makes keeping track of them all super simple and takes up less space than individual cases. The movies themselves are great. Definitely recommend reading the books first as some details are missing from the films, but they still did a respectable job going for book to screen.

I just bought this BLU-RAY movie series for my family. We had most of the Harry Potter series on DVD but they do not compare to the vibrant picture that Blu-Ray delivers. If you love this series as my family does, treat yourselves and purchase this set for a much better experience.

This might sound strange, but the honest best reason that I love this box set is that all of the movies start right up without any ads or any menus on my player. Yes, the special effects of the older movies aren't that great, but the movies are wonderful and it's nice to have them take up less space than individually boxed discs on my shelf.

This collection of all the Harry Potter movies is really good, as they are Blu-ray and in high definition. My grandson spent a month with us during summer break, and we watched all of them. He found them most enjoyable, and so did we (his grandparents). For those Harry Potter fans, this set is a must have, and saves $$ over buying each movie separately.

Have been wanting to pick up the Harry Potter series in high def for a while, and finally I did! Picture quality is great and so is the sound. The only thing I would have liked is more special features for each movie. Hopefully at some point they will release a more comprehensive edition. But for now, the movies themselves are just as great as I remember them.

Great gift. Have only watched 2 of the discs so far but haven't had an issue yet. By looking at the discs you can tell these weren't made for this box set, as a few of them say disc 1 of 2 or something along those lines. The film company probably took "leftovers" from the individual blu-ray's and boxed them together in this new complete collection rather than taking the time/money/effort to print and create all new discs for just this box set.....Is this a big deal, not in my book, but some people might be put off by it.

The discs in this ‘set’ are all very different. It looks like they took discs from several versions and put them together in one case. These are not part of a set at all. The disc images are noticeably inconsistent and the case material feels cheap and easily breakable. If you’re a Harry Potter fan and want a real movie set then please DON’T BUY this one!! I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The pictures show how different the discs are.
