For one, you have no control over which figure you are going to get. Just figure the odds are in your favor to receive one of the lesser desirable ones. Then you also may experience some nominal to extreme shelf wear on the figure, as sometimes the choice that is made for you looks like it was pulled from the retail shelf.

I purchased a specific character from the group, but when I went to pick it up, they said it wasn't available and I was obligated to take the one they provided. This was a bait & switch. Stay away from buying any specific toys from BEST BUY. Very disappointing.

I waited a long time to buy this and I suspect at this point you will get the ones that are hard to sell. If I got Cal Kestis, Second Sister a Mandalorian I would've been happy, but I bet those get sold quickly and then chances are you're going to get one of the left overs.

Why the lottery?

I highly dislike how Best Buy has set this product up, almost like a lottery where you HOPE to get something good. Unfortunately for me, I ordered TWO of this product and received both of the same figures that I've already have in my collection.

Terrible packaging of boxes

Sends a “randomly selected’ action figure-I admittedly missed that in the description but the description states it will be Mandalorian figure. We received a basic Luke Skywalker from Episode 4.
