Not so huggable Elmo

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased Love to Hug Elmo for infant grandaughter and returned Elmo for a few reasons: 1) cheaply made, 2) recording not clear, 3) mechanicals could be felt through fabric and 4) Elmo's arms raised only once in a while. Cannot recommend this Elmo.
