Star Wars 40th Anniversary Darth Vader

There was an inventory sticker on it, but it peeled off easily and without damaging the box. The box was larger than I expected. It's about the size of a small board game. It's tough to spend this much $$ on a toy, but it is marked 40th Anniversary which does make it collectible. I'm not opening the box, so anyone who may have questions about the content may want to ask someone else. All I can say is the box is fairly big and it was in excellent condition.

The Nostalgia!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a little pricey to spend on one figure and a collectible stand, but that is where the nostalgia kicks in. I didn't grow up in '77-'83, but Star Wars was a huge part of my childhood, and seeing this set made me smile! Everything about it recreates the nostalgia from the Kenner Early Bird set. I do wish the stand was made of a stronger material since you are paying a good amount for the set. The new Darth Vader is the high point for me in this package! He has a new sculpt that puts the older Black Series Darth Vader to shame! This is one fantastic figure!! THE 6" Darth Vader to own!

Got to have a Darth Vader 40th Anniversary Black Series edition for any die hard Star Wars fan. Glad I was able to jump on it when Best Buy had it as a deal of the day selection.

Went to store to exchange and all of them were equally damaged. Congratulations to those who have had a different experience.
