Item sold as new!

When I received it I was very disappointed. It was very obvious that the item had been a return that was carelessly opened and returned. Then, Best Buy sent it out to me as new! The packaging was re-taped and slightly crushed, torn and bent up. I had to return it because it would be of no use as a collectors item with the original box destroyed as it was. I contacted Best Buy and they could not do anything for me. I can not order a new item because, of course, all are sold out.

It was not attached at all. Way too late to try and replace it now. Hope it works and my 8 year old is not disappointed on Christmas.
