Customers are saying

Customers often highlight the superb camera quality, especially the impressive zoom capabilities and ease of use. The bright flash and generally accurate colors also receive positive feedback. However, some users mention concerns about the camera's impact on phone battery life and its relatively large size. A few also comment on the higher price point.

This attachment is a great idea but it doesn't quite enhance the photos much better than the actual phone does. Really not worth the money in my opinion.

Having a camera on a camera is useless. Just use the internal camera.

Great product for switching out for events etc. Camera speed? Too slow for my needs.

Used it very little, now the shutter does not close and camera does not recognize the unit. Go figure. Not happy.

Cons: - Camera app crashes every 5-7 shots. - You never know which moment will be on the photo: it's definitely NOT the moment of pressing button, NOT the moment that got stick on the screen, so: - You have to wait 2-10 seconds for photo confirmation pop-up to be sure that you haven't actualy have made the photo of you putting camera into your pocket (luckily, if the app crashes, it's not saved anyway). - When camera app crashes or you decide to review photos you just made in gallery app, the camera switches off and retracts the lens. When you return to the camera app, the camera switches on and pull the lens back. So you enjoy this zooming sound all the time. - During shooting a video the lens zooming sound on the recording can be louder than the scene one. - When I was trying to shoot a music show, the camera had trouble focusing and the focus point was going back and forth. - Unlike camera embedded in the phone, a clear blue sky looks like dull gray one. Yes, you have to practice holding a polarizing filter in front of the lens. - Having dedicated small P&S camera in your pocket is a big leap forward comparing to this one. Pros: - You can deceive security guys on a music concert that you have only this strange bulky phone and get a good video with an optical zoom. Basic P&S camera would make you even better video, though. - You can focus in manual mode. No kidding, this is greatest feature I've ever seen! I'm really missing it in mobile phones from market leaders. - You can even go to full manual mode, setting ISO, white balance and other stuff. It can be little bit boring for the people to pose for so long, but you feel yourself like a Pro! - Hasselblad logo tells others that you are Pro, even if you trying to get picture of the stars on the sky with the flash enabled (to light up the stars a bit).

    Why

Why would you buy this when you can get a real camera for that price, a really, really good camera for a hundred or two more.
