HBO MAX and customer service suck
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I first started using HBO max, it was working fine. Then after few weeks I started having problems with my account. Whenever I added a movie or show to my watch list and I go back later to watch them, I click on the title from my watch list and it goes to HBOs home page. I tried it with a different title and it did the same thing then I tried removing the title from my watch list and I can’t remove. I thought it was just the device I was using so I tried multiple devices and it’s doing the same thing. So I call customer service and email them but no one seems know why this is happening or how to fix the issue. I don’t know how many I called customer service but every time I do call they say that a specialized customer service will email me about my issue and a week has gone by if not more before I hear anything. So basically if I want to watch something from my watch list I have search for it in the search bar.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have three devices On my first Samsung Smart TV, the service freezes about once every 15 minutes. On the second, I can't install it. On a ROKU device, the service doesn't connect as soon as I select a show and goes bak to the Home screen. I have Amazon, Netflix and Hulu on all devices with no problem. I have tried rebooting the devices and other fixes to no avail The content is great. Too bad after paying I can't watch it!

Garbage

On the PS5 it doesn’t work with surround sound and reverts to two speaker stereo regardless of your setup. On Amazon, it feels like an intern was in charge of a massive data dump that purposefully obfuscates and duplicates results. Utterly horrible on purpose.

Doesn't Work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The app literally doesn't work. I go to play a movie and just get a blank screen. I'm on my smart tv and it is hard wired in to our internet connection and just nothing. Not worth it.
