Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Note: this is a replacement for the steelbook, for some reason they cancelled that order saying that it got lost along the way, (very poor handling on part of bestbuy), I preordered, the Copy is just fine, nothing extraordinary step up from the Blu-ray version.

Excellent 4K but DIGITAL CODE WAS REMOVED!

Sadly the factory shrink wrap was partially opened to remove the digital copy before shipping. It was carefully repacked so that the slip cover would hide the theft. This rating is not for the movie but the negligently way Best Buy ships their movies. Purchased on sale but out of stock so it currently cannot be replaced. Please like or comment to this review if this has also happened to you. A must have 4K Ultra Hd Blu-ray for fans, however purchase on-line through Best Buy at your own risk!

Too long for enjoyment

You start to get bored and wonder when this movie will end. I have watched 1000's of movies. I would not watch this again.

Random Playback Issues

Has happened randomly without DVDs, 4K Disc's and Blu Rays. Even had the player exchanged with my extended warranty but happens with the new unit as well.

No Dolby Vision, No Dolby Atmos, No DTS:X
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Heat is a great 4 to 5 star movie I have seen more times than I can remember on DVD and regular Blu-ray. I was really excited to get this on 4k UHD Blu-ray. However this 4K UHD offering has No Dolby vision. NO Dolby Atmos or DTS:X. I would pass on this purchase until they remaster this masterpiece movie the correct way.
