While the film is anchored by Greg Kinnear who's a solid actor, it still doesn't make the film worth watching.

not at alllll like the book. was soooo bad, hated it

A BEAUTIFUL film about a young boy who briefly passes over to the afterlife where he meets God as well as family members who died long before he was born. His claims divide his small town as many question what the young boy is claiming. But through his strong convictions and his belief in a higher power, slowly but surely the towns folk come around. GREAT family film!

Very well done film. Great story that gives you that feel-good feeling. Excellent cast. The little boy (Connor Corum) was amazing. Beautiful soundtrack. Nothing bad you can say about this film unless you're just looking for things to criticize for the sake of criticizing.

Please when watching this movie, make sure that you have plenty of facial tissue by your side...you are going to need it. This heartfelt movie is going to make you ask yourself some questions. The acting was superb and the lessons are priceless.

Although the acting was a little hammy at times and the script left some very slow parts during the movie, I found that the sum of its parts make this an entertaining experience. Thought-provoking and surprisingly not so heavy handed, I think most Christians and open-minded non-Christians will enjoy this movie.

Really great story of a little boy's trip to Heaven & how REAL IT IS !!! Highly recommend it for anyone that wonders IF Heaven IS REAL !!!

This movie is wonderful. I watched it with my teenage daughter who absolutely loved it. We love the story and the fact that it is based on true facts. The acting is wonderful and the story is very heart-warming.

The is one of my favorite movies of all time. I think the directors did an awesome job of bringing to life on the movie screen the real life experience of the family and boy who visited Heaven I believe.

The movies was good but mostly got the dvd for my mom who wanted to watch it...and she like it. The acting was good all around. If you want a movie for your gf because you wants something other than The Notebook, this is your movie...

I truly enjoyed it. It is a must see. Everyone should take time from their busy schedules and watch this movie as a family. It truly is an amazing movie.

I enjoyed the reality of the movie. I could picture myself in Heaven enjoying all of it's glory and beauty. It was so very real for me.
