The third party subcontractor did a good job on installing the treadmill. Wasn’t first time installing Nordictrack.

If I could give zero stars I would because they never came to install my treadmill. We had to go pick it up and install it ourself. Have tried tried getting reimbursement but have yet to receive it despite calling a dozen times checking on the status on our so called gift cards. They had us scheduled twice for installation and we waited around 10 hours each day /one day was even in my husbands birthday. After the second day of them not showing up we went and got the treadmill ourselves. Plus they were Ben told us it had been picked up when it never left the store. Awful experience and I’m still salty about having to put a 500 on treadmill together and having to get it in my house with two people. Plus we have the total tech too, it did nothing for us. Terrible experience and have tried contacting numerous people about this with no resolution - we appreciate this terrible experience. Save yourself the trouble dive order a treadmill from Best Buy- you’ll have to load it up in your car, put it together and unpack it. Don’t recommend at all. Please feel free to contact me if this can get sent to someone who will actually do something about this issue.

Best Buy team failed for this service. My service was scheduled for more than 8 times and Best Buy team did not come on the day of service. It is frustrating that I have to call and email different customer service representatives and still they can not resolve a delivery and installation of treadmill.

Excellent workout machine. Very stable.. Looks good in my gym room. Highly recommend this product.

I love that this treadmill adjusts the speed and incline during the classes automatically.

The worst experience ever…Starting with Best Buy, 3rd party contractor, assembly tech, and company CRT/NAL group is horrible when it comes to assembling heavy duty equipment such as treadmills and gym cages. Having a total tech membership is worthless with this type of service. In addition to the poor customer service skills and poor communication skills and honoring schedule appointments has cause be to cancel my subscription. If I could rate this experience 0 stars I would.

It took two of them to install my 300lb+ treadmill but they did it fast and i was very impressed.

Geek Squad was amazing!! They talked to me about my soundbar and how it needed a little more space to fill yhe room properly. What a difference a couple inches can make!!

They installed my treadmill quick and they really did a great job not scratching or dinging the equipment. I strongly recommend that you have a professional install and deliver.
