Had to reschedule three different times and they still didn’t come out. Every time they rescheduled it was the day they were to come out and I already taken off work. Ended up putting it together myself will never buy a piece of exercise equipment from Best Buy again..

Then canceled the delivery without letting me know. I had to go pick the treadmill up myself . Doesn’t even deserve the one star that I have to pick.

Best Buy geek squad failure!

NEVER, kept delaying coming out to do the set up and installation!
