Action packed adventure of two forgotten veterans fighting the system with good ending. One of my favorite steelbook 4ks thank you Bestbuy.

This film is an expertly crafted and extremely involving character study pretending to be about police versus thieves; but which really has a much more subtle center to it. The film has a really unique “Texas feel”, and the performances are stellar!

I love this film! It kind of reminded me of No Country for Old Men in a way. Great actors and the plot is easy to follow.

Magnificent film that looks absolutely beautiful in 4K UltraHD. This modern western is a masterfully written film with beautiful west Texas set pieces (actually filmed in New Mexico) that fully take advantage of 4K technology.

I wanted to get the best movies of 2016 during the Holidays, and only Best Buy provided them. This title was near the top of the list, and, thanks to the special offers at the end of 2017, I was able to get it very cheap. Thanks Best Buy!

I loved this movie. Jeff Bridges is great in it, he absolutely deserved his Oscar nomination. This film is a simple western/bank robbery movie, but everything is done perfectly. Chris Pine and Ben Foster are great as brothers and work well together.

One of the best films of 2016 with arguably the best male performance in Jeff Bridges lawman in 2016. Ben Foster also shines as a great antagonist in this film. One of the best and a shoe in for a Best Picture nomination at this year's Oscar Awards.

This movie was an excellent drama, with very good acting and a great story line. It was a nice change of pace for me from watching so many action thriller sci-fi exploding everything movies! I enjoyed this movie and would recommend it.

I grew up around this pictures location and enjoyed both the plot and the outcome. Good evenings entertainment. Seems I knew these characters in my younger days. Enjoyed it several times. so far

The best movie of 2016 in my opinion! Great story, acting, and cinematography. This is Chris Pine's best performance to date. Ben Foster is amazing as always and continues to be one of Hollywood's most over looked actors. Jeff Bridges...Nuff said!

Truly and thoroughly enjoyed this movie..All though it is a newer movie it has an "older" feel to it. The characters were well conceived and I completely believed the narrative. If your looking for a good film to watch don't pass this one up.

One of Chris Pine's best performances to date. Great story line that keeps you interested and well developed characters. The movie really deserved to get an Oscar. One film that I can watch multiple times and never get sick of seeing it.

I've enjoyed this movie several times already. Admittedly, I am a fan of the main actors in this flick. Jeff Bridges, Chris Pine and Ben Foster all deliver great performances in this story that keeps your interest throughout.

This is an excellent movie good acting good writing good directing and all-around enjoyable watch this is when filmmakers get it right they don't do it often but they definitely did it this time.

Bought this on Black Friday for $7.99, what a steal! One of the most underrated films of 2016. This is like a modern day Western noir with a tinge of Michael Mann’s Heat. Definitely recommend!

HOHW is one of the elite films of 2016. The West Texas backdrop and photography are absolutely superb, however, the greatest attribute of this masterpiece is the banter between the brothers, as well as, the two Texas Rangers on their trail.

Glad it was available in blue ray/dvd format. Service was prompt and friendly in locating after I called when initially it had been misfiled. Assistant went on search and located for me when it was not on shelf in alphabetical order.

An old school movie with action but great dialogue and acting. Jeff Bridges crushes it as a Texas Ranger in pursuit of bank robbers. The Dude is still his best role but this is as good as some of his Oscar winning performances.

Rented this at the redbox when it first came out. I remember it had great reviews when it was in the theater. Really liked the movie and when Best Buy had it on sale i bought it. Def recommend. Even as a blind Buy :)

This is one of the best movies of recent years. A story that is relatable to almost everyone, in some way. The sounds & sights of the blu-ray itself are outstanding. Dennis Villeneuve brings what's been sorely missing in film.
