This movie is pretty cool, definitely a different kind of horror movie. It has a pretty odd but good storyline with a pretty decent group of actors. If you’re into psychological horror movies, this one might fit what you’re looking for.

Hereditary starts simply enough with a family in mourning, then twists that grief and builds on it till its ready to swallow you whole. Toni Collette dazzles as the matriarch whose family secrets come back to haunt in grand fashion.

This is a movie that surprised me didn't hear too much about it took a chance on it was very impressed the actresses in this movie will definitely surprise you pick it up today definitely not for kids

Hereditary is a very scary movie I would suggest don’t watch it alone, I had nightmares but it involves you from the beggining, if you love horror movies this is probably the best horror movie that have come up in recent years.

Without spoiling anything, this film is simply about a grieving mother. Tonight Collette's performance will blow you away as the tension and drama builds into what I may consider the greatest final act in all of cinema history.

This film had a lot of hype behind it that had my hopes and expectations up! It was definitely creepy and a little unsettling, but I don't think it was deserving of the "scariest film" title.

HEREDITARY is sure to become a new horror classic. While having the required blood and gore, the psychological horror is what will have the most impact on you. Highly recommended for those who like "thinking" horror films.

"Hereditary" is a fantastic film by a gifted first time director. Impossible to categorize in a single genre, it expertly melds family drama with nerve-wracking horror. Excellent performances, and effective direction.

Finally, a real psychological thriller. This film from the beginning hooks you in and keeps you freaked out until the end! A must see for those who really want nightmares at night!

Feels much like a great thriller - but with supernatural elements. Hair raising, intense moments and some of the more frightening scenes in horror in the last few years. Easily the best twist in years, too!

One of the best modern horror movies in a very long time. Absolutely dread inducing, and Toni Collette is perfect. The Blu-ray could use more features, but that's not enough to knock the score down.

Probably not a movie for everyone. This is a well done and thorough film about a luciferian cult worshipping King Paimon. The imagery and symbolism is remarkable.

I LOVED THIS DARK THILLER/HORROR,THE 4/K TRANSFER WAS FULL OF BLACK-BLACK'S AND NOT TO MANY WASHED OUT SCENE'S.THE PLOT WAS VERY GRIPPING.A GOOD MOVIE WORTH THE WATCH!!!

Now do I think this is the next exorcist no it’s not but this is a well made and shot film deals with grief and the supernatural give this a shot and the 4k was vivid
