Atmospheric thriller/horror movie! It has some good jump scare moments. I liked it!

One of the greatest horror movies in a very long time, and it's an even better drama.

This movie was on the list for one of the best movies of 2018 so had been wanting to see it. When I saw it on sale for a great price on Black Friday I got it. It was really creepy! It wasnt overly scary but will leave you spooked. Family approved!

This was a really good movie. The tense atmosphere gets your attention from the very start, and definitely doesn’t wait until the middle of the movie to start being scary. Definitely watch this is you’re looking for a new movie that’s unique!

Hereditary is a great movie about a family that has visits from former family members.

Every time you watch it you notice more details. The 4K is good, but nothing too special.

A slow burn but, completely worth it from beginning to end.

Love this movie. It has a very similar tone as The Witch. So if you dug The Witch you're bound to enjoy this movie as well. They do a great job at setting an uneasy atmosphere. I didn't think it was this generations Exorcist (but what is?) but it's an incredibly solid movie.

Ari Aster is a name to pay attention to. Between this and Midsommar, I am at a loss for words. He is truly a visionary of horror and tension and if you enjoy feeling dread while watching a movie, there are few directors who do it better.

Pretty well made movie. It’s creepy in parts, but nothing special.

Another movie with a lot of hype surrounding it that lived up to the expectations.

I wouldn’t recommend for anyone who doesn’t do well with horror movies.

I loved every aspect of Hereditary. Extremely slow burn of a family drama descending into horror. The acting is off the charts. Great story. Incredible achievement for a first time director. If a film can make me feel uncomfortable, I can’t recommend it enough.
