Bike is fantastic !!! What could be a problem is the assembly manual that cames with it, but it was solved once that Heybike has lots of videos in Youtube. After that, was very easy. Just love it!!!!

I would never recommend buying an electric bike from this store, nor anything from the Hey Bike brand. The bike arrived defective, and neither company took responsibility for a replacement or a refund. I had to pay a mechanic out of my own pocket just to be able to work. They kept me waiting for almost three weeks, giving me the runaround the whole time. Very disappointing experience — both companies acted completely unprofessionally.

My mars 2.0 is my new adventure machine, I love the rides I've been on,country roads,city roads, really solide macine.

I really enjoy this e-bike. Its appearance is very nice and I have received many compliments. The pedal assist kind of took me by surprise but it works well. I’m very glad I purchased it.

This was one big headache right out of the box! The assembly directions were not clear which resulted in my needing to watch a pre made video several times. After 3 hours of finally getting it together I discovered the power adaptor doesnt fit into the battery pack for charging! After spending 1200 on this thing that should be the main working component. If it werent 11pm at night i would be hauling this thing back to the store!

I bought my heybike last summer and soon after i was having a issue with thr acceleration staying on, meaning the bike wouldn’t stop! I emailed customer service and all they did was sent DIY possible solutions. Safe to say they didn’t help and now i own a death trap, thank you Heybike

I purchased 2 Hey bikes. The folding standing of the bikes do not make sense . They seem like the will fall if not leaning them against something.. Also one of the bikes has an issue. It will accelerate on its own when coming to a full stop . It displays an error on the screen. They don’t get used a lot. Very disappointing.

Great bike for the price. We took it across Missouri on the Katy Bike Trail for our first trip.

Battery charger plug does not fit into the battery. I contacted the Heybike support, they even have not responded. I read so many issues like this but no solution is advised. Ensure the charger fits into the plug prior to bringing the bike out of the store; or don’t buy it.

The screen was broken and would glitch on and off multiple times before working. The charging cord was too small to fit into the batter to charge. Heybike would replace the charger, so I took it back.

I’ve been recommending the Mars 2.0 to friends and family, it’s fun, practical, and totally worth the investment!

I purchased a Mars 2.0, and overall, I’m very pleased! The bike itself is fantastic—super fast, great quality, smooth performance, and a solid design that makes every ride enjoyable. Shipping was impressively fast, which was a huge plus. The only downside is the app. While it works, it could definitely use some improvements to make it more user-friendly and intuitive. With a few updates, it could really match the high quality of the bike. That said, I would still highly recommend Heybike for their excellent product and service!

In June 2024 I bought a Heybike Tyson. I love this bike. I am an older person and love to ride bikes as I travel. This bike is the best bike for RVing, as we go places where there are walking and biking trails. It easy to use and comfortable to ride. The Heybike customer service is great as they answered all my questions. The bike was packaged in a manner that kept it from damage during shipping. Thank you Heybike for all the efforts to develop the Tyson and make for a wonderful riding machine.

First e bike purchase, went for a less expensive one. Brought it for my wife so she wont touch my truck. Smooth ride, pretty fast, its ok going up hill. Battery drains pretty quick but thats because i drive on 5 speed. I love it nd my wife loves it. Mine came a bit damaged but its nothing that gets in the way of the ride

One of the best ebikes. Easy to assemble, seems high quality, and easy to use. Plenty of power and gets the range. My favorite feature is the heavy duty rack and the fact that you can get accessories for it on the heybike website.

This is my first e-bike and I’m very happy with it. It arrived quickly and was fairly easy to put together. The bike is so fun to ride and goes fast! Loving it so far! Customer service has been great also. The horn on my headlight wasn’t working when originally put together but they sent a new one in no time that worked perfectly. I would recommend.
