Light, all terrain ride. Powerful ride with fat tires makes the ride a lot easier specially in the trails

The mars bike came mostly assembled and finishing was not hard at all. It even came with all the tools needed. I’ve tested around the hills near me and this bike has lots of power. It’s nicely finished even with leather handgrips that are very comfortable.

Amazing bike! I wanted to upgrade from my 15mph bike to this one so I can ride to work. Received many compliments. Feels great to ride! Shock absorbers work great! It was bigger than I thought. I’m 5’6 and some change. Love the fact that it folds! Secure, sturdy, safe! Fat tires- huge plus! I feel it rides like a dirt bike without the noise! Please wear a helmet!

The bike is great really fast 28 miles an hour mt hole thing is going down hill it resets to 23 again idk why i have to call them but brakes are good its way fast enough and the handling is great

This e-bike is excellent. We have driven over almost a year and it feels like a brand new e-bike. Completely recommend it.

The screws are falling as I use it before I had a cheaper one that they have these problems. I was writing it, and the seat kept moving then I tried to squeeze the bolt broke. This is not a very expensive product but it’s still over $1000. The clamp was worn out in 3 months of using it but maybe 12 times all together. The back light screws came off: the odometer screw came off. Just a bad quality product

Bike is fantastic !!! What could be a problem is the assembly manual that cames with it, but it was solved once that Heybike has lots of videos in Youtube. After that, was very easy. Just love it!!!!

My mars 2.0 is my new adventure machine, I love the rides I've been on,country roads,city roads, really solide macine.

I would never recommend buying an electric bike from this store, nor anything from the Hey Bike brand. The bike arrived defective, and neither company took responsibility for a replacement or a refund. I had to pay a mechanic out of my own pocket just to be able to work. They kept me waiting for almost three weeks, giving me the runaround the whole time. Very disappointing experience — both companies acted completely unprofessionally.

This was one big headache right out of the box! The assembly directions were not clear which resulted in my needing to watch a pre made video several times. After 3 hours of finally getting it together I discovered the power adaptor doesnt fit into the battery pack for charging! After spending 1200 on this thing that should be the main working component. If it werent 11pm at night i would be hauling this thing back to the store!
