Between me and my husband, we have ordered 4 different bikes from Heybike! My first bike, the Cityscape, was a wonderful beginners bike. I put on 1,000 miles. I recently purchased the Horizon and am waiting for spring to come. The bikes come very well packaged and are easy to install. Customer service has been great! I would recommend this brand to everyone!

Great quality and durable. The battery life has been good so far and it rides smoothly. The bike did come with one tire flat but once we fixed that, it worked like a charm. The bike folds but not enough to comfortably fit in my car. I have a mid-sized sedan and we have a lot of trouble getting it in and out of both the trunk and back seat. This shouldn’t be a problem for a larger vehicle though. The folding configuration of the bike is still convenient for storing it in the home.

Overall this is a good enough product. I had some issues with mine. First off. The battery. It is not a good one. If you get this. Buy yourself a backup or replacement battery. The range. While the range of this bike is good for what I need. It is also a lie. It says the product can go up to 40 miles on a single charge. Mine barely makes it half that on a single battery and the battery takes a long time to charge Other than that. This is a wonderful product. Everything comes pre assembled. You just have to attach the front wheel and the backmount.

    Heybike Mars 2.0 experience

The Heybike Mars 2.0 shows up mostly assembled, a big plus. You’ll need to attach the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and maybe adjust the brakes, but overall it’s a smooth setup—about 30–45 minutes if you’re comfortable with basic tools. Once it’s built, the bike feels solid. The frame is beefy but foldable, and the fat tires give it an off-road look with real street comfort. It’s not light, but the folding feature is useful if you need to stash it in a trunk or tight space. On the road, the 750W motor delivers solid acceleration. It’s quick off the line and handles hills better than most in its class. Pedal assist is responsive, and the throttle gives you full control when you want it. The ride is smooth, thanks to the suspension and wide tires, though the weight can be felt when cornering or stopping fast. Battery life is decent—20 to 30 miles with throttle-only, more if you’re pedaling. The display is clear, and the controls are intuitive. It’s a fun, practical ride for urban commutes, weekend cruising, or light trails.

I overall love it just dont like that it seems to slow down when batter gets low, and the lower it gets the more it slows down. Initially when i got it the speedometer didnt work but they sent me the part (that turned out to be the whole back tire) that was able to fix it, free of charge and i didnt have to return the original part the app to connect it to has issues but everything works enough to still use it

Using just the throttle itself, my Mars 2.0 went up to 30 right off the bat! Luckilly, I got this on sale for. $1,000+, but this bike is worth it even at almost $2,000. On a full charge, youll actually go the more distnce AND speed than the GoTrax Z4 Pro, which I had initially traded in because of tire issues. Acceleration does not increxe on dirt, grass or gravel and uphill. You will find the ride, almoat like an actual vehicle with the front shocks and hydraulic seat, better ride than thenHeyBike Tyson, originally for $1,600+. This is worth the price and the product.

I soon as I received my package I was thrilled with the fast delivery no delays nor was my box mistreated. Upon opening the box I quickly noticed the beauty of the material, strong and sleek! Assembling was longer than I expected as I did not want to scratch or strip the parts but not long after was she up and running. WOW, my bike hit speeds and I had such a fun rush. 10/10 for comfort, speed and safety. After I realized how to Bluetooth my bike and had some experience with the 20mph factory setting, I was able to cranked my speed to 28mph. Driving pass speed checks also docked my speed accurately and over all. I love my bike. I drive it to work under 10 miles and also around my city. Great investment! We love this bike so much my hubby grab one a week later. I wish there was a discount when you buy two or an incentive somehow but overall greatly satisfied.

I purchased 2 Heybike RangerS E-bikes and could not be happier. The bikes have great battery life and are comfortable to ride. If you are looking to purchase an E-bike I would suggest you look at Heybike and pick your favorite!! These bikes have made riding a bike fun again.

Puchased for my 15 year old. For his first bike it is great quality. Only downside is the manual not easy for mom to follow. Purchasing it from best buy was great choice we ordered it online and they brought it right out to our vehicle which was great!

This is a very solid bike, it is peppy and versatile, it has a very comfortable ride thanks to its fat tires, the suspension is also very compliant, and in addition, it has a very nice range. The only problem I am seeing is the battery, it is very delicate and in the first weeks the battery just failed on us without we knowing what happened. So the Bike is great, the drawback is that. I won't be able to recommend it because the battery iis a pain, SADLY, because else, this bike punches above it's weight.

The Hey Mars E bike 2.0

My review of this E bike it said it fit a person of 5‘6“ I found that it was very uncomfortable trying to ride it without falling over when I stopped. The shock absorbing seat at its lowest setting was still too tall for me. I am 5‘7“ and as I said, I could barely put my tiptoe to the ground. I can’t speak about the battery life because I’ve only had one real ride on it, but it was enough to change the seat post to a normal seat post, which by the way is not standard. I left out and found somebody with a post that same diameter and I put a bit wider seat on it . I’ve got it to sit lower, but since I’m back injury, I have not yet tried to pedal it and that’s upcoming. Hopefully, the only other thing that I have an issue with is with the thumb throttle, there is no room for mirror and I would like to bike to have at least two mirrors. Because as you get older, it’s harder to turn your neck all the way around like you were when you were in your youth, I do have a mirror on the other side of the handlebar and I’m hoping that it’ll work out so I don’t have to turn my head to see what’s behind me . And as to their customer service, kind of sucks big time took me two days to get a response from them. Again, there has been an upgrade to this bike and it still called the hay Mars 2.0 the older model like mine comes with a thumb throttle, the newer 2.0 comes with a twist throttle on the handlebar so that bike you are able to put mirrors on that 2.0 again this is my honest evaluation as I know it

Love love love! Only gave it a 4 because both my husband and I got one. Mine is perfect but my husbands tail light didn’t work and he had to replace his seat because it wasn’t functioning properly. But with that said Heybike sent him a new taillight so that was really great! But he did have to buy a new seat.

I took this bike off-roading with my buddies who have 250cc dirt bikes and this this is very slow compared to that but I could always keep up and there was nothing i couldn’t do that they did. In fact I was able to do a little more 120 off-road miles on it and it’s still going strong Con: the bike does not like hills that much but could also be i used bike not how it was properly designed for but it still worked

if i'm still good a year from now it was a decent purchase if i'm good 2+ years with only replacing the batteries tires and such it was good. but it's only been 6 months so ride is alright one of my kick stand screws/mini bolt yeeted itself on a ride had to replace with strong screws. people on facebook have the motor screws coming out. i have yet to have that problem. tires only last about 700 miles. So as a commuter have money for replacing those. i don't brake much i just lift and coast most of the time. brakes r for danger. range is alright as long as ur not going top speed everywhere and esp up a hill. other than that i guess not terrible for the price but just check ur screws and bolts folks.

The bike was awesome, the speed is great, the torque is just right, the suspension is out of the world. I love it for the time I had it. I had an issue where the battery didn’t want to go into the slot, it kept getting stuck, I couldn’t lock it. Other then the battery issue this bike is great, if they put the battery inside of the frame that would make it perfect.
